Brits Unload Their Responsibilities on the USA, Then Bitch About It

04.23.2007 - The Week

Philadelphia, PA – April 23, 2007 – According to the March 16 issue of THE WEEK, Britain has been rapidly dismantling its armed forces. In 1990, the UK had a total of 305,000 in its armed forces. Today that number is 195,000, leaving the country ranked 28 in the world behind Eritea and Burma. And the once mighty Royal Navy is down to a mere 44 warships.

It seems the Brits has grown accustomed to the US serving as the world's policemen, allowing them to cut back on their own defense spending. And yet they gripe about American unilateralism.

And what is really crazy is America acts as global policeman cleaning up all the leftover trouble caused by England's imperialistic past. Nearly every trouble spot in the world has ties back to THEIR bloody empire.

But, they don't want to pay to clean it up. They've washed their hands of it. Which is why it's time for reparations. American children can no longer expect their future security be squandered because of England's greedy past. We, the people of America and the World, demand $51 trillion in reparations!

Look for “The Evil Empire – 101 Ways That England Ruined The World,” in bookstores everywhere on April 23, 2007.
