Subject: Questions about British Reparations - India

Dear Sir/Madam

I have become the 10,410 person to sign the petition, for the United Kingdom, to demand reparations payments of £31.9 trillion from the above mentioned monarchy and government, for the racist, illegal, occupation, barbaric, brutality, rape, murder, ethnic-cleansing, ethnic-bashing, pro-apartheid regime (Southern Africa), negligence, raping the financial and mineral wealth of countries, and extremely heinous and attrocius forms of misrule/colonial rule.

However, I wish to ask a number of questions, in regards to the largest democratic, former colony of India, as follows:-

1) How much of India's financial and mineral wealth stolen, other items (jewells, properties other items unknown to my knowledge) raped and hijacked by Britain and also by Portugal?

2) (Majority-Hindu (80%)) India was under British colonial rule from sometime after 1700 till 15th August, 1947, and also religiously partitioned, which saw the creation of muslim-Pakistan. If ever in reality, India were to receive any reparations, how much can you estimate
it should receive and how many years will it take plus interest to receive the reparations in full?

3) What consequences and repercussions would arise, in India-UK relations if ever India were to receive sizeable reparations (i.e. diplomatic relations be severed permanently)?

4) Would Britains image worldwide be permanently damaged and how severe?

5) As I have explained earlier, I have signed the petition, what role as a British-Indian could I play?

I appreaciate a response and I very strongly believe, it is high time the United Kingdom, paid back all the wealth it stole from the countries they racistly mis-ruled.

Signed
Virendra Patel
