Elton John Celebrates His 60th Birthday By Dressing Like a Fascist

Philadelphia, PA – April 9, 2007 - We stumbled upon this photo in the April 5, 2007 issue of Rolling Stone - Elton John dressing like Stalin for a laugh. This reminds us of the time Prince Harry dressed like a Nazi for a laugh.

What's up with you Brits? How do you find these brutal totalitarians funny?

Or is it not meant to be funny? Is it more that you harbor secret fantasies about a return to the days of the empire and your militaristic jingoism?

Either way, this isn't very funny to us, and it's just another reason why we demand reparations. You don't see Germans going around poking fun at Nazism. Or you don't see the Japanese making fun of their aggressive past. This is because they had to pay reparations. Hard cold cash is the only way to stop the Brits from these kinds of insane attempts at humor.

Guess this is what happens when a country decides to knight a dude who’s been known to parade around the stage in a Donald Duck costume...

Look for “The Evil Empire – 101 Ways That England Ruined The World,” in bookstores everywhere on April 23, 2007.
