Nurses Call Police After Rapists Break Into Their Home, Police: We'll Be There In Four Hours, Ma'am

08.13.2009 - We're sorry, say the police who took FOUR hours to respond to nurses being threatened with rape

Two nurses, aged 19 and 22, had to wait four hours for police to respond to their emergency call after a couple of men broke into their home and threatened to rape them. Luckily, the women managed to barricade themselves in a room before any harm was done. By the time the police arrived on the scene four hours later, the rapists had fled, but not before leaving the nurses with these unnerving words:

"We are going to remember your faces and names, and next time, we are going to rape you."

Now those two poor nurses are going to have to constantly watch their backs everywhere they go. They'll never be able to relax at home knowing that two rapists are holding a grudge on them. How would you feel if a man told you "I'm going to rape you. I'm not going to tell you when or what time, but sooner or later, when you least expect it, I'm going to rape you." And what does the police have to say about the incident? "Sorry." That's it.

Maybe if the police spent less time sending riot squads in helicopters to birthday parties, they'd have more time to do actual police work. CCTV cameras can't do everything for you, you pack of inefficient cowards.
